I own a repeater at 285' on the CBS studios in downtown Chicago. The repeater pushes 20 watts on 441.900 PLUS offset with a CTCSS tone of 110.9.
This repeater is open to ALL licensed ham radio operators and will be used for the Chicago Marathon in October to provide backup emergency communications.
